The best & the worst of iPhone 6 and 6 Plus


This year iPhone 6 & 6 Plus seems not too exciting update. Bigger screen, NFC payment and some speed bump….  The display resolution is low at 1334×750 —  same 326 PPI as the iPhone 5S. The 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus steps up to a full 1920×1080 display, or 401 PPI. Most of the flagship Android phone now has pixel density 400+. Even the last year Google Nexus 5 display was full HD with 445 ppi.

Best Features:

  • Bigger screen
  • Better ergonomics with curved edges
  • Efficient & Powerful CPU
  • Apple Pay (NFC payment system)

Could Have Done:

  • Wireless Charging
  • Better DAC (Digital to Analog chip for driving headphones better)
  • IR Blaster (To control devices like TV & Home theatre)
  • Better design & customization
  • 2000+ mah battery (1 full day battery)
  • Edge to edge display

Worst of All:

  • No optical image stabilization for iPhone 6 (Included in iPhone 6+)
  • Low screen resolution
  • No premium metal or Sapphire crystal screen
